Work a heavy complex

 - 1 Power clean + 1 Hang squat clean + 1 Push Jerk + 1 Split jerk

 

B) "Incredible Hulk"

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20mins

 - 5 Deadlifts  52.5/35

 - 5 Hang Power clean

 - 5 Front squats

 - 5 Push press

 - 5 Back squats
