 - 15 DB DB front rack squat  2*22.5/2*15

 - 12 DB DB Deadlift 2*22.5/2*15

 - 9 DB DB Hang power cleans 2*22.5/2*15

 - 6 DB DB Push Jerk  2*22.5/2*15
