A) Front Squat

 - 5*3 every 2mins

 

B) For Time

 - 50 Air Squats

 - 40 Ring Dips

 - 30 DB Burpees

 - 20 Knee Raises

 - 10 Wall Balls

 

PERFORMANCE :

 A) Front Squat

 - 5*3 @ 80%, every 2mins

 

B) For Time :

3 rounds of ....

 - 30 Pistols

 - 15 Ring Dips

then....

2 rounds of ....

 - 20 Toes to bar

 - 10 Devil Presses  2*20/2*15

then....

 - 30m Handstand walk
