- 20 Dumbbell box step overs (20/15kg, 24/20inch)

- 40 Double unders

- 40 Deadlifts (60/40)

- 20 Wall Balls (9/6)

the whole team gets to the last wall ball, then start back the other way finishing with the Airdyne
