 - 10 Thrusters

 - 5 Handstand pushups

 

PERFORMANCE :

B) Push Press

 - 5*3 @ 80%

 - 15 Chest to Bars

 - 10 Thrusters (50/35)

 - 5 Deficit Handstand pushups - 4inch
