 - DB Snatch

 - DB Clean and Jerk

 - 3 times reps of Double Unders OR 9 times reps of Single Unders

 

PERFORMANCE :

B) 20-15-10-5 reps for time (20min cap)

 - Double DB Snatch  (2*20/2*15)

 - Double DB Clean and Jerk (2*20/2*15)
