A) Back Squats

 - 5*3 Every 2mns

 

B) For Time :  (20min cap)

 - 60 Wall Balls

 - 50 Box Jumps

 - 40 Pushups

 - 30 Knee Raise

 - 20 Back Squats

 - 10 Pull ups

 

PERFORMANCE :
