30 floor press (60/35)

600m run

20 floor press (70/42.5)

400m run

10 floor press (80/50)

200m run

-For every break in the floor presses throughout the workout complete 10 push-ups as a buy-out at the end following the 200m run.

To scale, reduce the run distances by half or row. Pick 3 challenging weights to work on for floor presses, increasing each round.
