3 rounds, each of them for time:

200m sprint

3 rope climbs

4 snatches, full squat (60/40)

5 burpee over bar

-Rest as required between rounds. Complete 4 rounds if time permits.

To scale:

The sprint can be either 100m or 200m on the rower or 1 minute on the bike

The rope climbs may be 3 x 10ft or 3 x Ground-to-standing

The snatches should remain a full squat snatch but go as light as you need to in order to preserve full range and good technique

The burpee over bar may be a step-over
