50m walking lunge (25 out, 25m back)

40 sit-ups

30 db snatch, alternating (20/15)

20 box jumps (30/24)

10 squat cleans (80/55)

20 box jumps (30/24)
30 db snatch, alternating (20/15)

40 sit-ups

50m walking lunge (25 out, 25m back)

 

To scale: 

Lower the weight of the db snatch 

Lower the height of the box jump

Lower the weight of the squat clean

 

Beginners/Newbies:

-Apply the above scaling and consider the following rep scheme:

30m walking lunge

25 sit-ups

20 db snatch

15 box jumps

10 squat cleans 

15 box jumps

20 db snatch

25 sit-ups

30m walking lunge
