Back Squat

General warm up/roll out, then

5-4-3-2-2-1-1-1-1-1

-It's a back squat 1 rep max day.

Use spotters or safety bars.

Never bail your bar or leave it for your spotters.

If you are not familiar with these instructions, ask the trainers.

 

Those who do not wish to do a 1 rep max can work position and technique for sets of 3's or 5's.
