a.  General warm up then spend 10 minutes warming up to a moderate/heavy load. Aim to hold over the course of the 13 minutes.

 

EMOM 13 minutes:

Push Press, 2 reps

-From racks but may be taken from ground

 

 

b.  10 minute AMRAP:

Wall Climb

Buy in: 30 Dumbbell Burpees (15/10)

 

 

TEENS

b.  10 minute AMRAP:

Wall Climb

Buy in: 30 Dumbbell Burpees (10/6)

-Scale the load to suit
