Ring Row HOLD @ chest

-Aim for at least 10 seconds

-If you can't hold with chest contact, scale the range of motion by standing more upright/inclined

b. 10 minute AMRAP:

10 Handstand push-ups or pike push ups

10 Box jumps (30)
