9 minute AMRAP:

15 toes to bar

10 deadlifts (50/35)

5 snatch (50/35) any snatch movement

followed immediately by

1 rep max clean + jerk

-6 minute time cap

-The workout/timer goes for 15 minutes. Get as many rounds as possible from 0.00-9.00, then from 9.00-15.00 minutes it's time to find your heaviest clean & jerk.
