For time:
21-15-9 reps for time:
Sumo Deadlift High-pull (60/40)
Strict Ring dips
Scale:
Drop the weight of the sdhp to a load you can do at least 8-10 reps with to the standard height (collarbone)
The ring dips could be done in smaller sets or scale to one of the following:
Partial Range of motion (half depth)
Kipping ring dip (kip where needed to achieve lock-out)
Strict ring dip with band
Bar dip
Bar dip with band
Beginner option:
21-15-9 reps for time:
Sumo Deadlift High-pull (to suit)
Bench / Box Dip (try to achieve full depth)
