Daily wod:

20 minute AMRAP:

21 GHD Sit-ups

15 tyre flips

9 db burpee box step overs

-Guys use a pair of 15kg db's and a 24 inch box as rx. Girls rx use a pair of 10kg db's and a 20 inch box.

Beginner option:

20 minute AMRAP:

21 abmat sit up (or leg raises)

15 tyre flips (small tyres) or kb deadlifts

9 bodyweight box step-overs (heights to suit)
