a. Back Squat

Warm up with 5-4-3 then 3-3-3

b. PARTNER FINISHER

For time:

100 db snatch, alternating (20/15)

-Partner will complete a bar hang, you may only complete reps while partner is hanging. You must change/swap movements once bar hang fails.

You may scale the bar hang with band assistance but get a weak band. You may go lighter to scale the db snatches.

Beginners / newbies:

Back Squat

5-5-5-5

then join in the partner finisher

TEENS

a. Back Squat
