a.  Barbell Complex:

1 deadlift

1 hang squat clean

1 push jerk

1 split jerk

-You will have a 20 minute time cap to find your heaviest. A "late press-out" in the push jerk or split jerk will not count.

 

 

b.  Air bike

2 minutes.. Max calories

 

-Start to cycle through part b. as soon as part a. is over. Start part a. by 0.15 minutes.

 

 

TEENS

-After a warm up you will have 10 minutes to find your heaviest
