Death by... Pull-up

0.00-1.00 min = 1 rep

1.00-2.00 min = 2 reps

2.00-3.00 min = 3 reps 

...etc.

 

Choose one of the following options:

 

-Kipping (butterfly or conventional kip)

 

-Strict (no kip) 

 

-Kipping Chest-to-bar (butterfly or conventional kip)

 

-Strict Chest to bar (no kip)

 

-Band pull-up (strict)

 

-Jump assisted

 

-Ring row (chest-to-rings)

 

b.  For time:

Run 1k

-This is a race. Start @ around 0.40 minutes. Warm up thoroughly.
