If you are confident with this session and are going rx, this should be a race.. SPRINT 50m out/50m back.

-The toes-to-rings is just like toes-to-bar. You can perform this with a kip or strict style. To scale work on a hanging knee raise from the rings. To scale the pistols, reduce the range of motion (depth marker) or go assisted via post or band.

-Trainers, spend the time to get all of the rings up to suitable heights as well as making all athletes competent with ring height adjustment.
