-General warm up then 10-5-3-2-2 starting with a moderate load.
You may increase (or decrease) this during your 15 minute workout.
b. Tabata Ring Row or Strict pull-up
-Work 10 x Tabata intervals of 20 seconds work,
10 seconds rest
