EMOM 30 minutes:

Even # Strict ring dip, max reps

Odd # Deadlift, 2 reps

-General warm up then warm up to a heavy set of 2 deadlifts.

For the ring dips you may work with a band or go to the dip bars, keep them controlled and strict, aim for depth. If you're getting more than 6-7 add weight.
