a.  3 rounds of:

15 hang power cleans (60/40)

15 v-ups

1 rope climb

-If you've done a ton of rope climbs and are fully confident, try legless. Scale back the weight of the hang power cleans if needed but work heavy. Scale the rope climb to 10ft (2 reps) or Ground-to-standing (3 reps)

 

b.  EMOM 8 minutes:

Wall Bridge, best effort.

-Move slowly with control, make sure you can return to the upright position to complete the rep.

 

 

TEENS

a.  Rope climb practice

10-15 minutes

-If you've done a ton of rope climbs and are fully confident, try legless.

 

b.  3 rounds for time:

15 hang power cleans (load to suit)

15 v-ups

1 rope climb

-Scale the rope climb to 10ft (2 reps) or Ground-to-standing (3 reps) Do your best effort for the 15 v-ups
