-Warm up with the following:

5 muscle snatch, 5 power snatch, 5 overhead squats

add some weight then

3 muscle snatch, 3 power snatch, 3 overhead squats

then start from the top.

b. 4 minute AMRAP:

20 wall ball

10 burpees
