a.  Complete as many rounds as possible in 8 minutes of the following kettlebell complex:

2 swings

1 clean

1 squat

1 push press

1 turkish get-up

With 1 kettlebell, start left side, fully completing the round, then work right side.

-As prescribed guys work with a 24kg kb, girls work with a 16. Scale back the load if needed.

 

 

b.  5 minute AMRAP:

10m db farmers carry

20 burpees

-As prescribed guys work with a pair of 45-50's, girls work with a pair of 32kg kb's or a 30kg pair of db's.
