a. 3 rounds for time:
20 db snatch (22.5/15)
20 ghd sit-ups
-Strict 15 minute time cap. Scale or sub a med ball sit-up for the GHD sit-up.
Scale the pistols back to a box or depth marker and scale back the db snatch load and work from the hang position if needed.
b. Romanian Deadlift (RDL's)
-Warm up with 10-5-3 then start your first working set.
