a.  7 minute AMRAP:

Row 600m 

40 box jumps (24/20)

20 weighted pull-ups (10/5)

-Complete this workout a total of 3 times in the session (twice at a minimum)

If you can do a ring muscle-up, do them in place of a weighted pull-up

 

 

b. Mobility

-Work on this where possible between efforts of the above workout
