Bench Press, 1rm

Use the following sets:

10-5-3-3-2-2-2-1-1-1-1-1

-This is a bench press 1rm session. To scale, work on bench press for 7 sets of 3 reps if you don't know what you could lift for a 3. Aim for smooth reps, keep the bum on the bench and the elbows in. Spend around 10 minutes on a general warm-up, then do 10-12 reps with an empty bar, then start.

TEENS

a. Bench Press

b. 3 rounds for time:

10 push-ups

10 pull-ups

20 squats

30 sit-ups
