a.  For time:

30 db lunge, 200m run

60 abmat sit up, 200m run

30 pull up, 200m run

20 db lunge, 200m run

40 abmat sit up, 200m run

20 pull up, 200m run

10 db lunge, 200m run

20 abmat sit up, 200m run

10 pull up, 200m run

-20 minute time cap.

The db lunges are static (not walking) work from the hang position. 

Guys will be prescribed 15's, girls will be prescribed 8's. 

Change up the order, share or use kettlebells if db's are scarce.
