Tabata Barbell Complex

Complete 8 x Tabata inervals of the following movements:

Deadlift

Squat Clean

Push Jerk

Power Snatch

Overhead Squat

 

-Rest 1 minute between each movement. Score the LOWEST amount in each of the 5 movements, then total.

Eg. 6, 4, 4, 3, 4 = 21

Guys rx - 45kg

Girls rx - 32.5kg
