a. For 15 minutes

Handstand walk practice.

Pick one of the following:

Rx - 3 x max effort handstand walk

Scale #1 - EMOM 10 minutes:

1 x Best attempt

Scale #2 - EMOM 10 minutes:

1 x Shoulder taps @ wall, best attempt

Scale #3 - EMOM 10 minutes:

Pike shoulder taps, 10-12 reps

b. Front Squat, 1rm

-Spend the rest of the session working on a 1rm Front Squat.

Use the following sets:

10-6-4-2-1-1-1-1....etc

Work 3's if you don't know your 3rm
