Complete 60 Kb Snatches, 30 per side (24/16)

-Every 2 minutes, complete 6 Burpee box jump-overs (24/20)

Start the workout with 6 Burpee box jump-overs. So 0.00, 2.00, 4.00 etc.

 

b.  Box Jump, max effort

-Use plates to adjust heights, this can be done from a run-up, though standing-start is preferred

 

 

TEENS

-Every 2 minutes, complete 6 Burpee box jump-overs (24/20)
