a. Every minute on the minute for 12 minutes:

-Warm up then start with a moderate weight. You may increase if/when needed.
b. For time:
100 db burpees (10's/6's)
-12 minute time cap
-To scale you may choose 75 or 50 reps, you may also work without weight.
