a. Mobility, 15-20 minutes
b. 3 rounds for time:
10 tyre flips
10 db deadlifts
-For the db deadlifts, guys will be prescribed the 50’s, girls the 40’s. Scale back the weight to something you could do 10 unbroken reps with.
Change up the order of movements or use a different heavy pair of db’s if needed in regards to the amount of db’s available
