ANZAC Day - 1 session only, 8.30am 

The gym will be open from 8am




10 rounds for time:
22 push-ups
22m walking lunge
22 squats
22m bear crawl
200m run (together)
-Work together (stick together the entire workout) but partition as required. The workout has a 40 minute time cap. If unfinished, your score will be rounds plus reps.
