-10 minute time cap

b. For time:

50 wall ball

21 db snatch, alternating

50 wall ball

15 db snatch, alternating

50 wall ball

9 db snatch, alternating

-For the wall ball..As prescribed guys use a 6kg ball and girls use anything less than 6kg (suggested 3kg)

-For the db snatch.. As prescribed guys use a 22.5kg db, girls use a 15.

IN THIS WORKOUT ANY REP OF WALL BALL THAT FAILS TO HIT DEPTH ON THE SQUAT WILL BE DEEMED A NO REP UNLESS INJURED
