200m. Empty, 28kg

100m. Guys add a red plate (53kg) Girls add a yellow plate (43kg)

50m. Guys add 2x red plates (78kg) Girls add 2x yellow plates (58kg)

 

-Be mindful that you may only have around 30 minutes to complete all the required work
