a. In a 12 minute time cap find your heaviest:

Muscle Snatch

Full Snatch

Overhead Squat (bar taken from ground)

-Your score will be the combined 3 lifts. You must record a score for all 3.

-To scale this workout it would be wise to choose only one or 2 lifts to work on in the time cap. If your snatches need some work then choose quality work over anything else.

b. For time:

Sled Push 150m (75m/75m)

Guys use 70kg total, girls use 50kg total as rx
