a.  Ring Tuck-up/Hold

5 x 3 reps

-This can be scaled via spotters or at the ground in a tuck crunch/hold. Aim to hold each rep for a good 3-5 seconds.

 

b.  Walking Lunge 30m

3 x best effort

-Best effort will be using db's or kettlebells at the shoulders/rack position

HOWEVER

Your goal is to get to 30m without any pause or stumble whatsoever... Do this initially with bodyweight, you may scale the range of motion if needed (knee not to ground)
