a. (Superset) Press & Deadlift
-Work with a partner if barbells are running short. Have 2 barbells set up, complete 5 reps of press then 5 reps of deadlifts then rest between sets. Warm up to a decent load then make all 5 sets as heavy as possible.
b. Tabata Box Jump
8 x Tabata intervals (20 seconds work / 10 seconds rest) of box jumps. Score will be max total reps
