For time:

10 tyre flip jump thru's

then 3 rounds of:

1 legless rope climb

10 box jumps (30/24)

20 power snatch (35/20)

-This workout may start in waves, say 5 minutes apart to account for the amount of tyres being used. If an athlete has not finished the tyre flip jump thru's in 5 minutes, move on. This movement may be scaled to a step thru. If you use an empty barbell for the power snatches take it to below knee, not to ground. If you can do this workout rx or close to it, then GO FAST! Scale the legless rope climbs back to the following if needed:

1 legless rope climb, 10ft

2 rope climbs, 15ft

2 rope climbs, 10ft

or 3 ground-to-standing rope climb

-Spend the first 15-20 minutes practicing the movements and working out scaling options.

 

 

TEENS

 

For time:

-We will look at each of these movements and establish what's appropriate for each person individually.
