Every 2 minutes for 20 minutes complete:

1 strict chin-up (underhand grip) with a 5 second hold, aim for a chest-to bar hold of possible.

10 jumping lunges

15 second front support hold(start/top position of a push-up)

 

 

Open Gym from 4pm then 5.30pm
