a. Complete as many reps as possible in 8 minutes of:
-Scale to partial GHD Sit-ups, reduce the run distance and / or bike as a substitute for the run.
b. Complete as many reps as possible in 8 minutes of:
20 Db Manmakers (20/15)
-Scale the manmakers by load and lunge from the rack or hang position if needed.
-Rest as required between Part a. and b. We will split the group if necessary to accommodate numbers, with half completing Part a. and half completing Part b. then swap.
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
10 GHD Sit-ups
5 Db Squat Cleans
