-Build to heavy as possible early and aim to hold a GOOD single for at least the last 6-7 rounds.

-Compare to 07.08.17, 11.09.17, 16.10.17, 20.11.17, 18.12.17, 22.01.18

CrossFit Games Open Workout 18.1 (Modified)

15 minute AMRAP:

8 Hanging Knee Raises or Toes-to-bar

10 Single Arm Kb Swings (5 per side)

Row 12 or 14 calories
