b. For time:

Run 2k

-The 2k loop is from the gym, turn right to get to Benalla Rd.

Turn left onto Florence St.

Turn left onto Williams Rd.

Turn left onto Mitchell St. then back in.

c. Tabata Stretching

-Complete 8 x tabata intervals of varied stretches
