Full Snatch

Overhead Squat (bar taken from ground)

-Your score will be the combined 3 lifts. You must record a score for all 3.

 

 

b.  For time:

Sled Push 150m (75m/75m)

Guys use 70kg total, girls use 50kg total as rx
