Meet at Aquamoves at 8.30am for another POOL WOD!

 

a.  Swim under water as far as possible

-Make 4 attempts

Rest as required between efforts

 

b.  Swim 100m as fast as possible

-Make 3 attempts

Rest as required between efforts

 

 

The gym will be open from 9am-10.30am for Weightlifting & Powerlifting only
