Meet at Aquamoves at 8am for the first run and pool wod of 2018!
Run 1 lap of Victoria Park Lake (1.9k)
Swim as far as possible in 15 minutes, exiting the pool and completing 6 burpees at each end.
-The gym will be open for Weightlifting and Powerlifting training only from 9 til 11am
