a.  For time:

50 db deadlifts

50 db hang power cleans

50m db walking lunge (hang position) 

50 db push press

50 db rows

50m db waiter walk

-For the dumbbell work guys will be prescibed 20's girls will be prescribed 15's. Scale to a load that is getting you through a least sets of 12-15 unbroken.

 

 

b.  Tabata STRETCHING

-Stretch various muscle groups using contract & relax technique
