MOBILITY - OVERHEAD SQUAT

Work on mobilising your overhead squat position. Use a broomstick or anything to replicate a barbell.

Never be satisfied with your position, aim to hold your best position at depth for up to 20-30 seconds. Do this for at least 10 attempts, resting between efforts.
